Situated in the lively city of Martos in the Jaen province of Andalucia this is a well maintained, very pleasant 3 bedroom terrace house, although in need of some modernization but this is reflected in the price. Just a few touches here and there and you have yourself a easy to maintain holiday or permanent home. From the street up some steps you enter through the front door into a sitting room with stairs to the right. Then straight ahead some steps into the dining room with the kitchenette on the right. Ahead there are steps up and through a doorway to the small utility area where the washing machine is and then further on is the bathroom. To the left is the access to a lower patio which at the far end has steps up to a terrace over the bathroom. Upstairs and to the left is the main bedroom and ahead another bedroom leading into another room which is used for storage but could be converted into a bedroom or bathroom. The house has air conditioning in various rooms.

Situada en la animada ciudad de Martos en la provincia de Jaén de Andalucía, esta es una casa adosada de 3 dormitorios muy agradable y bien mantenida, aunque necesita algo de modernización, pero esto se refleja en el precio. Solo unos pocos toques aquí y allá y tendrá un hogar permanente o de vacaciones fácil de mantener. Desde la calle subiendo unos escalones se entra por la puerta principal a una sala de estar con escaleras a la derecha. Luego siga recto algunos escalones hacia el comedor con la cocina a la derecha. Más adelante hay escalones y a través de una puerta que conduce a la pequeña área de servicios públicos donde está la lavadora y luego más adelante está el baño. A la izquierda está el acceso a un patio inferior que en el otro extremo tiene escalones que conducen a una terraza sobre el baño. Arriba ya la izquierda está el dormitorio principal y adelante otro dormitorio que conduce a otra habitación que se usa para almacenamiento pero que podría convertirse en dormitorio o baño. La casa dispone de aire acondicionado en varias estancias.
